How would you describe what you did at Software Spectrum?

Run daily, weekly and monthly reports for CARE Representatives and management with Crystal Reports. Collect PO's from the fax machines and distribute them to CARE Reps accordingly. Collect faxes from CARE Reps and management and fax appropriately. Collect and distribute daily mail. Perform administrative type duties for approximately 70 CARE Reps and focus on 3 primary teams (approximately 35 people). Facilitate and work through various projects. Perform backup phone duties for the receptionist. Assisted in our Intranet migration process.... read more
