How would you describe what you did at Solo Cup Company?

I started as a machine operator and worked my way up to Department Manager over the Cup Forming Department. Later I became Training Manager, and after a downsizing, I stayed on as Cup Forming Trainer for 12 years. After that, I moved to Facilities Maintenance as Lead, then after about 1 year, I moved to Special Projects as a Lead in Lean Manufacturing Innitiatives. The company downsized again, and thats when my employment with Solo ended.... read more
