I solved problems and I did it from an end-to-end perspective. A business outcome that troubled senior leadership was brought to me. I conducted the analysis to identify the root cause of the problem and then set about to identify alternatives to remedy it. Alternatives were discussed with senior leadership and a recommended course of action was selected. I then switched from consultant to project manager and implemented the recommendation and managed the changes throughout the project....
