Having worked in restaurants off and on since I was 15, I have come to believe that working as a server is enough to prove your people skills in every other aspect of life. Working at Sostanza taught me how to provide impeccable customer service, problem solve on the spot, and work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment....
