Sponsors for Educational Opportunity's Career Program offers internships to college students of Black, Hispanic, Asian, and Native American decent. The purpose of the Career Program is to place talented students of color in premiere summer internships that can lead to full-time job offers. More than 80% of SEO interns receive job offers at the end of the summer from SEO partner firms. Since its inception in 1980, the Career Program has placed over 4,000 undergraduate students of color in internships leading to opportunities in exciting and rewarding careers in the most competitive industries worldwide. Internships are offered in the following industries: Accounting, Asset Management, Corporate Law, Global Corporate Financial Leadership, Information Technology, Investment Banking, and Philanthropy.
The SEO Career Program is open to students in all majors with a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 and is geared towards college sophomore and juniors. For some programs, seniors who will have one semester left to complete at the time of the internship will be considered. Seniors applying to Law School are encouraged to apply....
