What are the three best things about working at SprayCool?

The best things about working at SprayCool was by far the people, and the ability to make a difference. Everyone really respects each other and the experience that each person brought to the table to solve issues. The technology is cutting edge, so solving problems "out of the box" was pretty cool.... read more

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at SprayCool?

The toughest aspects of my job at SprayCool was that their really was not a good ERP system. To work around this automation issue, I reconfigured Salesforce.com Service and Support module to keep track of not only trouble tickets, but I tweaked the system to be able to handle reliability data, inventory, and configuration management.... read more

How would you describe what you did at SprayCool?

At ISR/SprayCool I was responsible for setting up and managing a brand new service dept for a new Commercial Division within the company. I was the "Go-To" person for anything concerning Service, Repairs, and Installation of the companies product. Starting from scratch, I implemented procedures, including trouble tickets, processes such as field service bulletins, and did such things as analyze the product for serviceability, identified field replaceable units, etc. I also worked with mfg to sort out what assemblies should include to be more field ready, automated the RMA process, oversaw the content and project scope for service manuals, and implemented the technical support 800 #.... read more
