The secret is really not a secret. They would like for you to have some sales experience at least 6 mos. Being a positive team player is a must.

Right now I would say the secret to getting hired at Sprint would be patience and a willingness to educate yourself on Designing, testing, and troubleshooting Local and Wide area networks, as well as voicemail systems.

Negotiating with Local Exchange Companies and other carriers to achieve expected order intervals. Resolve problems that arise during the order and installation process. Responsible for: routine and on-demand maintenance, repair and upgrades on the Northern Telecom DMS-250 digital switching system and all associated peripheral equipment and subsystems.
