Worked to create a favorable group climate for the emotional nurturance and healthy development of runaway and at-risk youth. Responsibilities included providing supervision and assessment, counseling youth, communicating with families potentially in crisis, coordinating with caseworkers toward an Individual Reunification Plan, crisis intervention and de-escalation, providing written documentation of interactions, attending relevant trainings, and facility maintenance.
