Experiences at St James Mercy Health

I was hired right out of school in the EKG dept. they liked the way I learned fast and took charge. After dept.cut backs wemt to APCU and they like my patients with the clients and my resourcefulness to prepare and execute groups. Know the warning signs of troubled clients. I'm capable of handling 12-24 clients adolecence and adults. Creative with fun activities. Willing to be flexable....

supervised & completed youth (12-17) with groups & activies. Did room checks and safety checks. Talked and relaied info to RN.. Did room checks and mental eval. on clients. Paper work and 1:1 with clients at risk. Laundry and snak set up. Utensuil hand out and return (include:fork/spoon/pen/pencil/all craft items etc....
