There is a typing test and an interview, but those are easy. The hard part is once you get hired. You need to be very patent and a great sales person because you have to make 30% or more of your calls bookings and you have to do it on a phone.

I answer phones calls making reservation, altering existing reservations, redirecting calls to the appropriate phone lines
