What's the secret to getting hired at Starwood Vacation Ownership?

They need to have a open positions at the time you are applying. You will need to have qualities that they believe is a fit for them such as integrity, ehtical, honest, community involvement. If you have those qualities and your qualify for an open position, you will get hired.
