How would you describe what you did at State of Tennessee?I prepared all court documents for court. I also entered the data into the computer system once it came back from court. Also I help clients on the phone or in the office.

What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at State of Tennessee?Prioritizing many duties that seemed to all have top priority! But, I did it and the work got done.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at State of Tennessee?The greatest challenge was the amount of work. I actually did the job of 2 secretaries. I love clerical work in general and I like to stay busy, so it was still a challenge for even me to keep up.
