I prepared all court documents for court. I also entered the data into the computer system once it came back from court. Also I help clients on the phone or in the office.

Great co-workers and superivsors, great benefits and plenty of work to keep you busy.

Prioritizing many duties that seemed to all have top priority! But, I did it and the work got done.

The greatest challenge was the amount of work. I actually did the job of 2 secretaries. I love clerical work in general and I like to stay busy, so it was still a challenge for even me to keep up.

Reception, filing, payroll, keying in data, invoicing/billing, inventory, planning board meeting luncheons, maintaining client files, produce and maintain time study and work orders.

There was no secret. My skills matched that of what they needed in a secretary.

Legislative liaision for the Tennessee Department of Health. Researched and reviewed legislation applicable to department.
