Experiences at Steelcase Canada Ltd.

I was asked to take over a department that was really struggling in all aspects of the business, especially the relationships with the employees. Using my above average interpersonal skills I was able to help the company work through the people issues and using a systematic approach we began to address the process and manufacturing issues. All business metrics for this part of the business improved substantially in the first year....

The most challenging aspect of my former workplace was to be able to continously improve processes. Leading a team of veteran employees and keeping them engaged in the improvement process was very challenging, and rewarding.
