What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Strategic Alliance Healthcare and IT Staffing?Finding enough nurses and keeping up with immigration requirements and changes! Also not being able to help some overseas nurses as much as I'd like to.

What did you learn along the way at Strategic Alliance Healthcare and IT Staffing?Well the 'energy' and 'oxygen ' here is fresh and new... where I have been along the way has taught me that you can't trust people who don't trust you. If you are good on your own step away from people and situations like this as they will use you at best and it is probably not a true picture ...
