How would you describe what you did at Strategic Interactive?

I was an instructional designer, working with a team of artists and programmers to provide online training. Unfortunately, this company no longer exists. :(
It perished in the dot.com bust. It was bought by several companies--Provant, and then Novations--but eventually dwindled down to no more
employees.
Very sad. I had a great crew of coworkers.

Here's what I did there:
--Work with clients in the design, development, and delivery of custom solutions tailored to instructional and business requirements.
--Determine that course content is consistent with good instructional design and adult learning theory.
--Design CBT course content with development teams, including text, audio, graphics, interactivity, and testing exercises.
--Support completion of course on schedule to company and vendor standards.
