What's the secret to getting hired at Stream International?

Hewlett-Packard was very demanding on the level of customer service given to their customers. One call resolution with knowledge of time management was a must. Computer and people skills were key.

Ran corporate, crisis and internal communications for this 15,000 person, $325 million global business operating 20 contact centers that provided online and call-in tech support around the world. Operations also included a wholly-owned subsidiary that was launched in 1999. Microsoft, AT&T Wireless, EarthLink, Dell and HP were a few of the clients we supported. Reported to President / COO and proactively participated in executive management meetings.
