What's the secret to getting hired at Suburban Hospital?

Must have a high GPA from nursing school (mine was 3.7) and a current unrestricted nursing license. I have been away blending a large family and nursing an elderly parent but am now ready to devote myself to my nursing career. I am looking for a position, preferably in a doctor's office, where I can work closely with an MD and/or nurse practitioner.
