What's the interview process like at Sullivan Steel?

Can you read a Tape Measure? , no really, you would not believe how many people we had come into a Structural steel fab shop that could not read a tape measure!
Next thing would be, can you read AutoCad blueprints? I can, but a lot of people can not, we or I should say I trained them to read Autocad prints.... read more

What do you miss most about Sullivan Steel?

The satisfaction of seeing a Bank or a Church or any of the many structures we built finished.
It is a feeling of pride I guess knowing you had a hand in building the structure.
Especially if they did not have to use the torch more than 1-2 times, lol.

Through a temporary agency, Staffmark I believe it was.
