For our department you have to be fun, excited about technology and eager to learn new technologies. Strong background in ASP, IIS 5/6, Load Balancing, Web Hosting and SAAS are always preferred in candidates. * Built Talent Acquisition department; effectively manage staff of approximately six employees & contractors at any given time
* Met or exceeded corporate MBO of maintaining headcount at minimum of 95% of projection week over week
