I have learnt a lot of information with regards to the financial industry. I took my ICS which helped me as a person to deal and understand clients needs and help me improve any weakness that I had. I also learnt how other departments work and I also helped my colleagues if I could with any questions they had....

I have dealt with several cases where the client has not been very happy with our service and I have telephoned them and answered their questions on the telephone. This seemed to calm the clients down as they were having direct contact with a person.

To make sure that the service level agreement time is adhered to. I also like to make sure that I understand the clients needs so that I can resolve their problems as quickly and efficently as possible. This may involve contacting other departments. To make sure that although I have my own allocated work I help my colleagues with any questions they may have....

I am an active team member and will do my best to resolve any problems that the clients have. Sometimes it involves contacting other departments, and sometimes telephoning the client so that should I need any further information, it will take less time.

*Providing administrative support to the Group Medical Underwriting Department - general clerical support, typing, filing, copying, faxing, distribution of mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment needs.
*Maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets and MS Word documents
*Composing acceptance/decline letters to individuals
*Maintaining team calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments...
