What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at SunLife Financial?

I have dealt with several cases where the client has not been very happy with our service and I have telephoned them and answered their questions on the telephone. This seemed to calm the clients down as they were having direct contact with a person.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at SunLife Financial?

To make sure that the service level agreement time is adhered to. I also like to make sure that I understand the clients needs so that I can resolve their problems as quickly and efficently as possible. This may involve contacting other departments. How would you describe what you did at SunLife Financial?

I am an active team member and will do my best to resolve any problems that the clients have. Sometimes it involves contacting other departments, and sometimes telephoning the client so that should I need any further information, it will take less time.
