What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at SunLife Financial?I have dealt with several cases where the client has not been very happy with our service and I have telephoned them and answered their questions on the telephone. This seemed to calm the clients down as they were having direct contact with a person.

How would you describe what you did at SunLife Financial?I am an active team member and will do my best to resolve any problems that the clients have. Sometimes it involves contacting other departments, and sometimes telephoning the client so that should I need any further information, it will take less time.
