* Resolved assigned CA-Unicenter service desk tickets related to Server hardware and Operating system, Database issues, Applications issues, Data Access, Remote Access, Active-Directory Printing issues, Outlook 2000 /2003 client issues and disk space issues.
* VMWare VirtualCenter and ESX Server 2.5.x /3.0.x converting physical servers to virtual servers. Also provide support for Microsoft 2000 /2003 servers with VMWare Virtual Center and VMWare Tools. Worked with a team converting Physical Servers to Virtual Servers. Using predefine Scripts, VMWare Utilities, Robo Copy or Veritas Backup and Restore procedures to place data on new Hewlett-Packard Proliant Generation 2 & Generation 3 Blade servers.
* Used my Compaq/Hewlett-Packard Accredited Platform Specialist to resolve server hardware issues by replacing system boards, memory, fans, processors, heat sinks in HP Proliant Servers and Generation 2 &Generation 3 Blade servers.
* Provided 24 x 7 on call support for Production, QA and Test servers in a data center with over 20,000 servers. Resolving server outages, disk space issues, user rights and database issues.
* Support Active Directory printing for the Atlanta Campus. By setting up printers, resetting printers, adding printers, resolving user access, and implementing printing solutions when network issues could not be resolved in a timely manner.
* Provide support for Altiris Software Portal Technology including trouble shooting workstation images and software deployment issues...
