Experiences at Sunrise Assistant Living

I would discribe my work at Sunrise very enjoyable. I took my patient to their doctor apt. I gave them baths, cook and clean for them. At the same time I also tried to help them be independent.

I guess they have to beleive that you are here for that patient,and that you are trustworthy.

the people, the company and the compassion , and the team work

knowing that the residents are old but they think there young.the fact that they have dementia and alziemers.
dealing with them on a day to day basis. everyday is a challenge

got to know the clients, on a one on one basis and i became there best friend.

being myself and having a great smile and not be scared of new thing

If someone is sad trying to get them happy because you really don't know whats going on

I made show that the person was happy at all times. Made show that they got a good meal and was satisfied, made show that the person was clean and had nice cloths on and also made sure that there home where they stayed was cleaned

its not really a secret about getting hired at sunrise assistant living, you just have to go in there ready to work knowing what you want to do. You would want to work with people and want to take care of them. Have a good altitude and also polite. If I could go back and work there I would but I never tried....

i came om time cook the meals that was for that day made sure the food look good and taste good made sure all comsumers was pleased and happy made sure kitchen was clean at all times.and i love to hear job well done so i did my job well .
