What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Sykes?A firewall issue on a customers computer took an hour to finally fix her issue we had to reinstall the firewall so it would work correctly

How would you describe what you did at Sykes?For half of a year I helped customers with cable internet problems, the rest of the time I worked there I helped people receive proof of insurance cards and debit card fraud for USAA

How would you describe what you did at Sykes?Taking customer calls, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and maintaining account talk time. I always made account incentives for calls solved and talk times.

How would you describe what you did at Sykes?Troubleshooting of all Adobe Products with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat. Precise case documentation and troubleshooting history required as a part of the process.
