Most of the workspaces are relatively nice. Almost everyone in the company ( < 15 people) has their own office.

The current dress code (labor day through memorial day) calls for shirts and ties on monday, business casual the rest of the week.

During the summer months, it's business casual all week.

1 - All of the (non-executive) employees.

2 - You get a lot of "what not to do" examples that can be helpful in future endeavors.

3 - There's a lot of good food in the Norwood area.

The only motivators are the personal standards you set for yourself.
