What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at T-Mobile?I have had issues with two representatives not getting along. I had to gain a clear understanding of the problem and provide insight to try and resolve it. It was difficult mainly because I felt like upper management was not providing the support I needed.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at T-Mobile?The most challenging aspect for me would be merchandising. T-Mobile has merchandising change outs more often than any other company that I have ever worked for.

How would you describe what you did at T-Mobile?I supported a sales team with various tasks and projects. I kept track of all sales and used this information for commissions and rewards programs. I tracked competitor ads, as well. I also kept records of all dealer information.
