How would you describe what you did at T-Mobile?

I supported a sales team with various tasks and projects. I kept track of all sales and used this information for commissions and rewards programs. I tracked competitor ads, as well. I also kept records of all dealer information.

I worked closely with the construction department to coordinate bidding, all documentation, data entry, invoice processing, filing, and NTP's. I was the primary contact for all contractors. Consulted at the C-level, provided excellent customer relationship management. Trained and supported employees of assigned accounts, approximately 300 individuals or 100 doors of distribution. Assisted in launching

Contractor on site at T-Mobile as an implementation and planning network engineer. In this position I was responsible for documentation, planning and implementation of all core network upgrade, installation and maintenance activities.

Here I regularly wrote implementation and maintenance
documentation to guide our Tier 2 staff through technical processes. I was also responsible for evaluating and improving design proposals handed down from the network architecture group. Regulary worked with Cisco 7600, 6500, 4900
routers/switches. Also had significant experience with Cisco VPN hardware, both 3000 series
concentrators and ASA series security devices.
