How would you describe what you did at TIBCO Software?

Served as the liaison between the development team and technical support for the Tibco proprietary Personalized Delivery System (PDS).
This entailed PDS bug replication, building J2EE webservers and ORACLE/DBASE/SQL databases on Linux/SunOS/Win32 boxes.
