I helped a company in the healthcare industry launch an employee referral program. We developed the plan soup to nuts. Rules and Regs, collateral, website, etc.

I helped AT&T Wireless reduce their costs per hire for call center workers from $1500 to under $100 by using (what else?) the Internet. This was one of the first (if not the first) time that a comprehensive online recruiting program was launched to this audience.

The people. I worked in the company when online recruiting was just beginning. Back then, it was a fun place to work. We were trying to shift an industry. The company (tmp) was the most aggressive player in the space...doing the coolest projects, making key acquisitions, trying to carve out a vision for the future. Not everything worked, but it was a tremendous place to be involved in the beginning. Had some great people. Miss working with many of them. A lot of folks have moved on with other companies now in the recruitment space. ...
