What's one of the projects you worked on at TMP Worldwide?I helped a company in the healthcare industry launch an employee referral program. We developed the plan soup to nuts. Rules and Regs, collateral, website, etc.

What's one of the projects you worked on at TMP Worldwide?I helped AT&T Wireless reduce their costs per hire for call center workers from $1500 to under $100 by using (what else?) the Internet. This was one of the first (if not the first) time that a comprehensive online recruiting program was launched to this audience.

What do you miss most about TMP Worldwide?The people. I worked in the company when online recruiting was just beginning. Back then, it was a fun place to work. We were trying to shift an industry. The company (tmp) was the most aggressive player in the space...doing the coolest projects, making key acquisitions, trying to carve out a ...
