How would you describe what you did at TRX?

Exceeding a service level contracted by clients.
Maintaining an eOne DSP 2000. Daily maintenance moves ads, changes and programming of the DSP 2000 to maintain a high call volume for a 24 hour, 7 day a week Internet based call center.
Adding new software and implementing new clients to a call
center environment.
Programming and programming changes to a Call Express 3- voice mail system.
Daily desktop support of the PC environment including maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades to software and hardware. Testing new applications and systems for compatibility with current environment. Working with Windows 9X/ME/2000 along with Office 97 and 2000.
