Exceeding a service level contracted by clients. Maintaining an eOne DSP 2000. Daily maintenance moves ads, changes and programming of the DSP 2000 to maintain a high call volume for a 24 hour, 7 day a week Internet based call center. Adding new software and implementing new clients to a call center environment. Programming and programming changes to a Call Express 3- voice mail system. Daily desktop support of the PC environment including maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades to software and hardware.
