How would you describe what you did at TVS Interconnect Systems Ltd?

Heading the Mumbai International Airport Infrastructure modernisation Project.

1) Study and evaluate customer requirements based on the system study.
2) Develop project implementation plans and survey and evaluate performance needs and goals of users, recommend improvements to existing
infrastructure.
3) Design of the Backbone Network connecting all the terminals within the Airport.
4) Design of the Data Centre and various Network nodes based on the requirements specified by the Client for the Network Operations Centre (NOC).
5) Duties include attending technical planning/ review meetings with project team, co-developing due diligence technical criteria and providing weekly progress reports.
6) This position also has responsibility for leading the engineering team through due diligence, collecting technical information for database entry and identifying additional requirements.
7) Scope, bill of material generation, release and change management, budget management, contract negotiation, risk analysis, team planning and project implementation.
8) Provide value added services in terms of network planning for various services at Airport like the CCTV/ IP Cameras, SITA CUTE Network, FIDS, LAN for various Airlines.
9) Active participation in the designing of the Active network equipments like the Switches, PBXs with the respective consultants.
