How would you describe what you did at TallySoft?

* Worked with a team of technicians to provide first level support to over 100 clients throughout the US and Caribbean
* Answered phone calls and emails from clients having problems with the TallySales Cash Register and back office system
* Diagnosed the issues the clients were having and
tried to resolve them in a timely manner or escalated the issue
* Provided onsite and over the phone training to clients
* Worked along side development in testing and implementing changes to the system
* Designed and printed gift and merchandise credit cards for clients
* Documented all of the phone calls and emails using an in house issue tracker application
* Provided 24 hour support being the on call technician
* Traveled to New Mexico, Colorado, St. Lucia and St. Vincent
