What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Tarbell Realtors?

Negotiating sale of a older home. Many buyers want new things & think they can get them in older homes. They were looking for a price break and the sellers were going to take the gazebo in the back yard with them. I was able to have the sellers leave the gazebo to keep the sale price.
