Experiences at Target Pharmacy

The advice I would give to a new employee at Target Pharmacy would be to always be "Fast, Fun, and Friendly." This is the theme of the store and it means firstly, to always be fast when attending to the needs of guest in our store. Secondly, you must be fun, which means to always make sure the guest has a fun and positive experience when they visit our store. This way the guest will always come back to the store. Thirdly, you have to be friendly, which means treat the guest with the upmost respect and keep a positive attitude. Smiling and always asking the guest "can I help you find something?" is a great way to aproach a guest and it, along with the other two themes, is an excellent way to break the ice as a new team member....
