Experiences at Target

There really isn't a ssecret you just need to be friendly.

I was one of the Guest Service Team Leads which is a supervisor over all guest service areas (photo lab, guest service desk, and cashiers), as well as assisting with Starbucks and Food Avenue when their team leads were not present. I also handled resolution for guest issues by functioning as an assistant manager....

The secret to getting hired at Target is have a Fast, Fun and Friendly attitude. As long as the employers can tell you are guest oriented and work well with a team, you have a good chance at getting hired.
