What's one of the projects you worked on at Tarus Products?I worked on a project that used EDM machinery to burn shapes under water instead of oil ( most common use ). It was the first time expermenting with electric servo systems. I like it, it was fun. General Electric used this system later to repair nuclear power plants.

What's unique about working at Tarus Products?They worked alot of hours but it was like a family. Everybody got along and there were picnics in the summer and a good family style party around Christmas. They also had profit sharing and cost of living raises. I don't know if they still do though.

What's the funniest thing that ever happened to you at Tarus Products?I went to Indiana to fix a machine. I gave up and came back that night. The boss was not happy so back to Indiana again. It was not funny at the time but looking back I learned it was not good to give up. I was younger then.
