I find great people for great careers. My job is to make sure that the individuals skills match the position they are placed in. Unlike other staffing firms, Technisource values creating relationships with our customers. We are all about long term relationships and want to make sure that when one of our customers is about to roll off a contract job, we already have the next position lined up for them. I like to think of myself as a "career agent" instead of a recruiter. I am definatly NOT a headhunter.
