The fantastic two month training program for new recruiters = a company that invests in its people and their success
I get to find people jobs which is so rewarding

What's the secret to getting hired at Technisource?

Let me know if you would be interested in either a consultanting position in the fields of IT or Engineering. On the other hand, if you are looking to get into recruiting, you could not choose a better company for your career. They have a great training program and tons of room for advancement as well.... read more

You get to work with different people and in different situations everyday. I love change and challenges and this job provides both. Also, you get to find people jobs which is so rewarding!!

* Cold calling and sourcing resumes for positions using internal and external job boards including Lotus Notes, Monster.com, Careerbuilder.com, andLadders.com.
* Qualify skill sets in relation to job description; soft skills analysis, phone screening, potential interview questions, and
behavioral questioning, before presentation to account managers.
* Conducted Background Check and communicated relocation policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulatory standards.
* Practiced employee relations through effective feedback both positive and negative from hiring managers to candidates.
* Proactive and reactive in practice, supporting team leads/account managers requests in addition to finding potential candidates for future positions.
* Three national Placements of executive candidates by mastering the full life-cycle recruiting process from initial screening to negotiating the compensation package and closing the offer to on boarding.
