* Developed in-house procedures, to make possible the back-out of an improperly migrated or upgraded server
* Supervision of hardware and software installation at client sites
* Monitoring of high risk customers, new installations, reporting and correction of irregularities
* Maintained a 24 x 7 on-call support, as part of a 6 person team
