What are the most challenging aspects of your job at TeleTech?

The most challenging aspects of my job are the shift bids. Every month you bid for a new shift and there are thousands of people who work at teletech, so you pretty much get stuck with whatever shift is available. This makes it hard to get on a regular schedule and this is why i am currently looking for a new job.... read more

How would you describe what you did at TeleTech?

At Teletech I am a customer service representative taking calls for T-Mobile. I provide customers with solutions to their T-Mobile issues regarding their service and mobile handsets.

What's the secret to getting hired at TeleTech?

You have to be able to type quickly and show patience, because at times you will deal with rude customers and you have to stay polite and calm no matter the circumstance. You must also be able to come up with an accurate solution to the customers problem. Dressing neat also really helps.

How would you describe what you did at TeleTech?

Track & Schedule Pick Ups for customers that ship through UPS. Assist customers that have problems with packages not being deliver on time or have not been deliver.

How would you describe what you did at TeleTech?

I provided high-level staffing support to Teletech Governement Solutions throughout the FEMA contract. This support resulted in the successful full-cycle recruitment of over 2,000 Customer Service Representatives that assisted Hurricane Katrina victims file for their benefits through FEMA.

I
personally conducted over 500 behavioral interviews in a three month period as well as pro-actively volunteering to lead training on their Applicant Tracking System (RecruitMax). I used the additional functionality to streamline the contact process of potential candidates and used creative sourcing methods to find alternative candidate sources based on identification of core competencies.

At the end of the project I was vital in the recognition and correction of over 800 payroll audits, saving FEMA over $750,000 in overpayments.
