Tellabs is a worldwide, well-established corporation providing telecommunications solutions. As an established customer of Bolton Group for over 10 years, I was retained as a contract recruiter for the Petaluma, CA and Dallas, TX facilities recruiting software and hardware engineers, managers, supply chain specialists, and program and product managers . Called on to also recruit for their intern program. Dealt with over 30 requisitions at one time, using PeopleClick database software. Recruiting,, interviewing, meeting with managers, and negotiating offers with candidates are part of the daily routine.
