Experiences at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale

I worked with four other individuals on creating a proposal for a real estate website using project management techniques. I found that dividing the work evenly, and allowing each person to focus on where they feel they are the strongest allows for efficient production and maintains a general stress free atmosphere. Instead of dwelling too long on the problems we faced (i.e.: a member who wasn't doing their part), we simply took charge of his responsibilities and continued forth. I would gladly work with those people again if given the opportunity....
