What's the secret to getting hired at The Buckle?

To get hired at The Buckle, one must be very outgoing, willing to learn and MUST be able to gain knowledge of product to sell it. In other words, one cannot be afraid of people and any interactions with them. This is a commission based company so be prepared for money-hungry coworkers as well.
