What are the three best things about working at The City Paper?

It was a new newspaper in 2000, which has been a rare thing.
I was challenged every day, creatively, in tasks and interpersonally.
It is competing with an very established competitor for ads and readers (a regional daily), and that's always an interesting position to be in.
