How would you describe what you did at The Coca-Cola Company?

Sensory Lab Manager; over 15 years experience
Lab Exploratory led to 3 Brands Totaling Half Billion Cases (2008)

In budget/ on time
In past 3 years, performed exploratory work on 3 beverage brands (half billion stat case sales in 2009). My sensory experience also includes testing
dispensing equipment. Success was based on critical project management, team leadership with in-budget/ on-time delivery.

High pressure; high productivity
The "go to" person in the lab. Thus,used to a high pressure work environment; in fact, excel under pressure. My productivity was 50% above average for the 20 person lab.

Precision Work In Field Applications.
Successful labs are precision driven; I was the architect of much of that meticulousness. Fifteen percent of our experiments required field application. Additionally, I recruited and maintained a 300 person taste panel. Use of the panel drove per interview cost down by 15%.

Excellent Communicator: keeper of secrets.
Won praise from clients for my everyday language reports of highly technical sensory. All work involved highly secretive projects whose secrets when they came my way died a quite and undivulged death.

My responsibilities included strategically positioning the information center within the company; developing and expanding client relationships, increasing awareness and use of the information center and its services and contracting for appropriate information services.
