How would you describe what you did at The Dannon Company?

Manage 11 broker territory managers within the NY Metro market. In June '05 added 3 more broker territory managers to overall responsibilities. Other duties include running bi-annual meetings for territory managers & Dannon personnel while maintaining store distribution list for all NY chain & independent stores. Work with territory managers on a monthly basis communicating all activity at retail to the appropriate Dannon Account Managers/Executives. Additional responsibilities include increasing ACV levels on all Dannon products & providing all necessary tools to broker territory managers. Manage & maintain cooler program, develop & implement POS for all Dannon brands for U.S. market. Work together with Marketing across all brands to develop new packaging & innovative ways to educate consumers about promotions & new items for all on-shelf initiatives in U.S market. Present all new retail programs & incentive plans to Crossmark territory managers at bi-annual retail meetings.... read more
