I have a shared office with lots of space and 2 monitors. I have a very nice computer which I built that runs FC5. The other two people who I share the office with aren't here most of the time.

You make your own hours, Linux is the OS of choice among the staff, Ruby is used constantly for scripting, lots of fun projects to work on, and it's very low key and fun.
