What's the secret to getting hired at The Home Depot?I was persistant with this job also but management was busy most of the time to give adequate training for our department. The key for this job I feel was to be a self motivator. Ask to take additional classes to learn new products and give excelent customer service.

What's the secret to getting hired at The Home Depot?You have to be a real TEAM PLAYER. You have to be hard working and be dedicated. It doesn't take much to get hired just be yourself and be honest. If hard work, being a team player, being dedicated, and helping customers is too hard, then you need not apply.

What did you learn along the way at The Home Depot?How to install different types of flooring (hardwood,carpet and Tile)...That there are so many different ways to do jobs following the directions is not what you really have to do .. There are cerative ways and just the plan old boring ones ... But to tell you the truth there is no wrong way to ...

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at The Home Depot?Tring to figure what customers where looking for when they sent their wifes in instead of them :-)... Tring to have a customer describe what they are tring to do and the products that are needed for the job to get done the correct way..
