What did you learn along the way at The Home Depot?How to install different types of flooring (hardwood,carpet and Tile)...That there are so many different ways to do jobs following the directions is not what you really have to do .. There are cerative ways and just the plan old boring ones ... But to tell you the truth there is no wrong way to ...

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at The Home Depot?Tring to figure what customers where looking for when they sent their wifes in instead of them :-)... Tring to have a customer describe what they are tring to do and the products that are needed for the job to get done the correct way..

How would you describe what you did at The Home Depot?I helped with any department through the store if they were short associates... I taught myself how to work in every department from cutting carpet in flooring, cashier, customer service rep, cutting blinds in decor, and from picking out the correct wood for the job weather it be inside or outside..

What's the secret to getting hired at The Home Depot?Willing to learn about different product throughout the store... Pretty much to the do it youselfers (DIY) , to be able to install new flooring (hardwood, carpet and tile) . Building decks, and being able to get creative with painting or designing a room of any kind, shape, or even color...

What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at The Home Depot?The toughest problem I had to solve at Home Depot was the decision to leave the company and move to North Carolina. I thoroughly enjoyed my job, fellow employees and the customers, some who became good friends.
