I had 20 years previous experience working in the Home Improvement Industry. I started in 1979 with Atlanta, GA based; Handy City. Handy City was the sister company of Handy Dan which was the company that founders of Home Depot; Bernie Marcus and Arthur Blank were fired from in 1978. I was a key point contact for 45 manufacturers that sold products through a exclusive Home Service program with Sam's Clubs of Sam's/Wal-mart. I also worked with over 45 Dealers and Contractors for them to represent their products in over 380 Sam's Clubs in 50 states. I interviewed and submitted the best candidates for approval to join our exclusive network. In addition I helped find sponsors for our company's newslettre and was interviewed by Assoicated Press.
