What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at
The LaSalle Network?
The toughest problem I had to solve at The LaSalle Network was persuading my CEO to start a blog and then figuring out how to do it. I had to do tons of research and sell my CEO on why he needed a blog and how it wouId benefit the company by bringing in new sales leads and creating a touchpoint for public relations efforts. As for the creation of the blog, I wanted the blog to contain a certain look and feel, and the only way I could accomplish that was through HTML, which I didn't know. I basically had to teach myself HTML and CSS to create the blog I wanted. Then in order to promote the blog, I did extensive research on search engine optimization and tags and figured out how to alter the blog posts to reach maximum optimization. For a person who was new to the whole IT aspect of blogs, this was a real challenge. But when I simply explored my resources and set my mind to figuring it out, it came with so many rewards....
