Senior engineer performing a wide variety of work in the trusted role of FFRDC (Federally-Funded Research and Development Center) for Air Force Space Command, the Space Warfare Center, the National Air and Space Intelligence Center, and the National Security Space Office. Wide range of skills and knowledge applied to counterspace, intelligence assessments, operational risk management, on-orbit safety, net-centricity, and tactics development for advanced technologies and emerging capabilities. Key Accomplishments: * Led risk assessment process supporting Undersecretary of Defense decisions--resulted in well-informed leadership and safe operations. * Actively participated in XSS-11 (experimental satellite system-11) mission and safety planning--resulted in safe, successful proximity operations. * Identified existence and analyzed capabilities of potential threats that may affect space operations--prepared space operators for future contingencies. * Performed protection assessment of commercial imaging satellite systems--identified vulnerabilities and recommended corrective actions. * Chartered and organized the efforts of the Command and Control Space Situational Awareness Community of Interest--built productive relationships across multiple service and national agency boundaries....
